Terms of Use - Feixiaohao

1. Introduction

These feixiaohao.ai Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of our website and mobile applications (together, the “Feixiaohao Platform”) and all related content, features, software and applications on the platform (together, the “Services”). These Terms also include our Privacy Policy.

The platform and Services are managed and maintained by Feixiaohao Technology INC, a company registered in Colorado, USA (“Feixiaohao”). “We” means Feixiaohao and “you” means the individual accessing the platform.

Each time you access the Services by any means, you irrevocably agree to the version of these Terms published on the platform at that time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform or the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. The Services are strictly for personal, non-commercial use unless you have signed a separate commercial agreement with us.

3. Accounts

Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password safe.
Restrictions: You may not create multiple accounts without Feixiaohao’s express permission. Accounts may not be lent, transferred or sold.
Communications: Feixiaohao may contact you at your registered email address, and you cannot opt out of these administrative messages. You bear any loss caused by inaccurate email information.

4. Licence and restrictions

Limited licence: Feixiaohao grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, limited licence.
Third-party data: The Services include data provided by third parties, and you must also comply with those third parties’ terms (for example, the X/Twitter Terms of Service).
Intellectual property: All content is the property of Feixiaohao or its licensors.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, sell or rent any content from the Services.
Use any data-mining, crawler, robot or scraping tools to obtain data.
Make excessive requests or interfere with server operation.
Introduce viruses, trojans or malware.
Bypass security measures or attempt unauthorised access.
Use the Services for illegal activity or money laundering.

6. Linking to the Services

You may link to Feixiaohao provided that: the link shows text only (such as “Feixiaohao”), your website contains no illegal or inappropriate content, and you do not imply that Feixiaohao endorses your website. We may withdraw this permission at any time.

7. Community content

At your own risk: Users are responsible for the content they post. Feixiaohao does not pre-screen content and is not responsible for harmful, offensive or inaccurate content.
Not investment advice: No community content should be treated as financial advice.
Grant of rights: You keep ownership, but grant Feixiaohao a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify and distribute that content.

8. AI features

Risk notice: AI-generated output may be inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate. Feixiaohao does not guarantee its accuracy.
Your obligations: You may not use AI features to generate illegal, misleading or infringing content.
Use of data: Your inputs may be retained and used to improve the Services. Do not enter personal or sensitive data.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability (important)

Not investment advice: All content on the Services is for reference only and is not an offer of, investment advice on, or recommendation of any currency, security or financial instrument.
Provided “as is”: The Services and content are provided “AS IS”, with no guarantee that they are error-free, virus-free or uninterrupted.
Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Feixiaohao and its affiliates will not exceed US$100.

10. Indemnity

If Feixiaohao suffers loss because you breach these Terms or the law, or infringe a third party’s rights, you agree to indemnify and hold Feixiaohao harmless.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Arbitration: All disputes will be referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), with arbitration held in Singapore in English.

12. Virtual Event T&C

If you attend an online conference or webinar hosted by Feixiaohao:

No refunds: Once registration is complete, fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Recording: By attending, you agree that Feixiaohao may record the event and use your likeness in future marketing.
Conduct: Disrupting the event or infringing the rights of others is prohibited.

13. Campaign T&C

These apply to airdrops, Learn and Earn and similar campaigns:

Eligibility: Participants usually must be 18 or older.
Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Feixiaohao may substitute a prize of equal value.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

14. Diamond Rewards T&C

Nature: Diamonds have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat or cryptocurrency.
Non-transferable: For personal use only; diamonds may not be bought, sold or transferred.
Validity: Redeemed rewards (such as vouchers) must be used within their stated validity period and expire afterwards.
Right to change: Feixiaohao may modify or end the rewards programme, or adjust the diamonds earned for tasks, at any time without prior notice.
