This privacy notice (the “Notice”) describes how Feixiaohao (“we”, “our”) collects and processes your personal data (“you”, “your”) through our websites, applications and other services (together, the “Services”). Where applicable, we may also process your personal data for specific purposes, such as handling a job application or managing your employment with us. By using our Services or interacting with us, you agree to the collection, storage, processing and transfer of personal data described in this Notice.
This Notice applies together with our Terms of Use, any business terms and other contractual documents, including any agreement you may have with us.
1. Our relationship with you
Your privacy and the protection of your personal data matter to us. Feixiaohao is committed to privacy best practice and only collects data that is strictly necessary to provide the Services.
By using Feixiaohao’s Services (for example visiting the website, downloading the mobile app, interacting on social media, taking part in surveys or submitting support tickets), you acknowledge and accept the uses, disclosures and procedures set out in this Notice.
The sections below explain how Feixiaohao, as data controller, handles your personal data.
2. Collection and use of personal data
“Personal data” means information that can identify an individual. We follow the principle of data minimisation and only collect the personal data needed to provide the Services.
Registration
You do not need an account to visit our app or website, but you can choose to register for additional services. The table below lists the categories of personal data we process and why:

Third-party sign-in
You can sign in with third-party services such as Google, Apple or WalletConnect. We access the information you allow that platform to share, such as your name, email and username.
Recruitment and employment
If you apply for a job with us, we collect your contact details, CV, LinkedIn profile, proof of education, work history and salary information.
- During recruitment: processed on the basis of your consent.
- After hiring: processed to perform the employment contract, meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interest in managing the employment relationship.
Taking part in our events
When you register for or attend an event, we collect your name, company, job title, industry, location and payment details.
- Purpose: to process registrations, send updates, analyse attendance and support sponsors’ marketing.
- Likeness: Events may be photographed and filmed for marketing or archiving. By attending, you agree that Feixiaohao and its partners may use your image in promotion.
Marketing communications
We may send marketing emails based on your consent or our legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in an email or by contacting us.
Push notifications
We send reminders or news with your consent. You can manage notification types or turn them off completely in the app settings.
Biometric authentication (Face ID and fingerprint)
This is an optional feature. Your biometric data is processed only on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.
Using AI services
When you use AI services, we collect your inputs and feedback.
- Voice input (optional): Speech is converted to text in real time. The recording itself is not kept or stored; only the transcript is processed.
Data collected automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device data: IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system and language preference.
- Log and usage data: access times, pages viewed, searches, system activity and error reports (crash logs).
- Legal basis: our legitimate interests in improving the Services, keeping them secure and preventing fraud.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to improve your experience, understand how the Services are used and optimise marketing. Depending on the law where you live, you can accept or reject cookies through the cookie banner. If you opt out of targeted advertising, you will not see fewer ads, but they will be less relevant.
4. How and why we share your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it in the following cases:
- Service providers: for cloud storage, analytics, website maintenance and similar services.
- Affiliates: to run our business and provide services internally.
- Business transfers: when we sell or buy a business or assets, or in an acquisition, user information is usually one of the transferred assets.

We use reasonable physical, technical and procedural measures, such as secure servers and internal security policies, to prevent unauthorised access.
Tip: Keep your password safe and do not click suspicious links. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication (2FA).
7. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Notice, unless the law requires a longer period (for example for tax or accounting). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
- Restriction: ask us to pause processing in certain circumstances.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw consent you have given at any time.
- Portability: ask for your data to be transferred to another provider in a structured format.
Notice for US residents
For residents of certain US states:
- No sale of information: Feixiaohao does not “sell” your personal information.
- Opting out of targeted ads: You can use cookie settings to refuse targeted advertising that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing”.
Making a request
You can submit a request through our contact channels. We usually reply within 30 days.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find we have done so, we will deactivate the account and delete the data immediately.
