About this event

Digital Assets Forum New York 2026 takes place on November 13 at Convene 360 Madison Avenue in Midtown East, New York. Organized by European Blockchain Convention, the one-day event is focused on institutional digital assets, with programming for asset managers, banks, funds, allocators, market infrastructure companies and other firms working across regulated crypto markets.

The conference runs across two stages with 50+ sessions, alongside private roundtables, an exhibition area, a press room and a meeting program that lets attendees schedule one-to-one conversations in advance. The event also brings LPs and GPs into the same program, including pension funds, foundations, funds of funds and wealth managers.

Agenda

The agenda covers the regulatory, investment and infrastructure questions around institutional participation in digital assets.

US digital asset regulation and market structure looks at the post-GENIUS Act and post-CLARITY Act environment, including SEC and CFTC jurisdiction, state frameworks such as New York’s BitLicense, and the effect of US policy on global capital flows. Institutional capital allocation and portfolio construction covers how pensions, endowments and RIAs are approaching digital asset exposure through direct custody, ETFs, structured products and yield strategies.

Other sessions focus on stablecoins and USD payments, onchain asset management, tokenized real-world assets, institutional market infrastructure and prediction markets. Topics include tokenized funds and Treasuries, private credit, collateral mobility, prime brokerage, custody, exchange connectivity and 24/7 liquidity. The program also includes risk and cybersecurity, plus a session on AI and compute infrastructure in financial markets.

Speakers

Confirmed speakers include Sandy Kaul, Global Head of Digital Assets at Franklin Templeton; Maxwell Stein, Director, Digital Asset at BlackRock; Ryan Rugg, Global Head of Digital Assets at Citi; and Kathleen Wrynn, Global Head of Digital Assets at Invesco.

The wider lineup includes executives and investors from Grayscale, Fnality, Laser Digital, CoinFund, WisdomTree, T. Rowe Price, DTCC, Keyrock and other firms active across asset management, trading and financial infrastructure.

Meetings and roundtables

Attendees can use the networking app to review the attendee list and arrange 1:1 meetings before the event. Separate private roundtables give smaller groups space for discussions outside the main stages, while the exhibition area is reserved for products and services serving institutional digital asset markets.

VIP and President ticket holders also receive access to the VIP Night Party with speakers, sponsors and media, plus the Speaker Lounge. The President Pass adds access to the attendee list and three pre-arranged one-to-one meetings with attendees of the holder’s choice.
